Hi FS Buddies,
Slowly making my way back to my goal of 299. Then I will be on my way again! I really think it's key to eat my calories in an 8 hour window and not eat after 4 pm. It's hard to do - I was hungry again last night and was eating a few Macadamia nuts. But being hungry is expected and I should remember that when I am hungry I am losing weight, right?

300.8 lb Lost so far: 51.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yep, the hungry feeling is your bodies way of telling you that you have burned up the calories you have eaten and need more fuel to keep going. It's a great sign that you are not consuming too many calories. Just be sure to refuel with the premium stuff :)
