Yesterday was basically a cheat day. Had lunch at a friends brewery where they had a girl scout cookies and beer pairing. Plus we had lunch with was a turkey panini with blue cheese cole slaw. Then went to another friends house for a beer bottle share. No way or knowing how much I drank yesterday but it was a lot of calories.

On the plus side we walked the 2 plus miles to and from the brewery and I did one of my normal cardio sessions. All in all gaining 1.2 lbs is about as good as can be expected and with 2 weeks to go in the Biggest Loser contest I'm in a really good position to drop another 5 lbs and finish under 190.
195.4 lb Lost so far: 37.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
