I had a great night last night. Going into work today and start learning the paperwork. This is all stuff I've done before but every restaurant is a little bit different. They are really unorganized, and I am pretty sure I'm going to have to restructure a lot of what they are doing as far as organization goes. Their menu and staff are awesome, just some minor tweaks. Really not a bad place to step into a management position.

Steady weight over the last couple of days, not too worried about it considering the stress and excitement of starting a new job. Drank a ton of water yesterday! Awesome. Hydration is so important.
214.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 67.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
