Just going to tell myself that I'm in stair step mode where I have a big drop followed by 2 days of not losing following by another big drop. It's happened before so hopefully tomorrow I'll see a nice drop.
198.4 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Normal fluctuations are good, that means our bodies are adjusting to our new lifestyle. I weigh daily and notice a similar trend with my fluctuations, and it makes me happy because my body is working the way I need it to!
