Had total knee replacement and have been down since Thanksgiving. Getting able to take care of myself again so here I am again. I lost 67 lbs in weight watchers but they change the diet and I'm stuck, so here I go again.
233.8 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good to hear from you. I, too, was sick for a while. Just getting back to normal. It is hard to stay focused on eating right when you're ill for a long period of time. Nevertheless, I want to applaud you for your 44.2 lb loss. It isn't as fast as we like, or even as consistent, but the trend is downward. During the journey there will be obstacles. But it is a LIFE LONG journey, so don't give up. I'm glad you're better.
