I had a lot of control at lunch. But we went out for Chinese at a buffet for dinner. I didn't like some of the strange foods I chose from the buffet, so I left some of it on the plate. But I had to sample the cheesecake (just 2 little squares) and 2 cookies. Otherwise, though, I chose healthy things like salmon and broccoli. It was a rainy, cold day, so I didn't get much exercise outside of some housework.
