Hopefully I'm on my old pattern of a larger drop every 2 - 3 days. Always nice to drop a full pound or more. Of course the weekend equals sleeping in and getting up later usually means a lower weigh in.
201.8 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
