Hi Buddies,
I made my weight loss goal and my goal for the month 2 weeks early! Hurray!

I am going to my sister's this weekend and she wants to go out "drinking". Well, I'm not really against this idea but I don't want to gain any weight and I know if I do that it will be at least 5 pounds of water weight. I told her I didn't want to go off my eating plan. Maybe I can convince her to do something else!

I was going to fast all day today but after my workout I felt starving and a little weak so I had breakfast. I don't do too well with fasting on workout days. I will just do my fasting starting now. I have my bone broth with me.
