This weekend was interesting. I dropped 3 pounds between Friday morning and this morning while drinking over 2,000 calories of beer over 3 days. I have a completely unscientific theory that if you substitute beer calories for food calories you will lose more weight because you "process" the beer calories faster. The key for me is to eat a small amount of food once the beer drinking is done.
204.6 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
