eating pretty well, exercising whenever I'm not exhausted. Doing well except for this apparent inability to sleep anymore. It's been just over two months since I went from a 8 - 9 hrs of sleep per night, to being able to sleep only three hours and wake up, unable to fall back to sleep. Once or twice a week I seem to sleep 6 - 8 hrs and feel wonderful when that happens. Lots of stress, no doubt playing a part of this sleeplessness.
