eating pretty well, exercising whenever I'm not exhausted. Doing well except for this apparent inability to sleep anymore. It's been just over two months since I went from a 8 - 9 hrs of sleep per night, to being able to sleep only three hours and wake up, unable to fall back to sleep. Once or twice a week I seem to sleep 6 - 8 hrs and feel wonderful when that happens. Lots of stress, no doubt playing a part of this sleeplessness.
126.8 lb Lost so far: 48.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

D, have you had your thyroid levels checked lately? Meds could need to be adjusted. Sorry about the stress, but glad you are doing well with your food and exercising when you can. I miss you!! HUGS and lots of love and prayers coming your way!!! <3<3<3<3

Hey girl friend..I hate your not getting some much needed rest..Have missed seeing on here..I used to be like that and it finally stopped..it is very annoying and even if you try to stay in bed it just doesn't work..I started taking a benadryl for about 3 nights in a row..that seemed to help...but you can't take it for a long period of time..Take care of you..and if you do go to a doctor dont take ambien..You will be sleep walking right to the frig..not good..LOL.. Hugs..:O)
