Today, I went to the mall, so we ate both meals out in restaurants. Lunch was Smash Burger, where I ate pretty healthily with an avocado club burger and a side salad. After walking around the mall a couple of hours, we ended up at Yopop frozen yogurt. There, I splurged on a yummy dessert with 4 flavors of yogurt and several toppings. My calories topped the allotment a little bit.
