Spent a week in Aurora with the family. Glad I didn't put on more weight, but I didn't lose any.

Starting a one week plan to eat 3 meals, one dessert after supper, and any other snacks are to be fruit and veggies. Also going to try and use sweetener instead of sugar in coffee/teas. And drink more water, less pop.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
