10st 10 fat 26% After finally losing last week, we then were away for the night and had a curry and (unusually for me) a heap of alcohol, clocked up a sofa heavy 1000 steps odd, which is happily the number of calories over my output that I was! And then Wed the Grand Mac came to our attention so out with the healthy subway plan and in with another OTT day! All this of course is preamble to expecting (nay, praying for!) a stay-the-same, so (along with no early morning *ahem* prep) I am actually pleased with today's result! Wii gave me the option to reset my goal since it clearly thinks me incapable of losing a whole pound in a week but hell, you never know! Last ditch attempt before our hol!
149.9 lb Lost so far: 29.1 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i like to average calories below base rate (1700 on my scales) so any exercise i do can come straight from the fat reserves.
