so not that big of a difference. I broke up with my boyfriend and lost a friend. Moved back home and I have been struggling mentally. I'm back on the horse this week though. I'm very proud that throughout all that, I didn't turn to food to comfort me like I would've. I kept it under control. I even met someone, whether it be too soon or not, just chatting isn't the end of the world. He did take me on a date last week that was good. I'm not gonna be sprinting back into another relationship and he understands that.

After some self meditation I realized I checked out of my previous relationship pretty much in December when I wanted to talk to him but he kept giving me excuses and then when I finally wanted to end it in January he said I wasn't own the right mindset then I tried it again and he said it's too late and I'm tired. It finally got to a point where I grew a back bone and put my foot down because things weren't working out. It hurt and needless to say I cried for few days but I did most of the crying back in December so I actually cried more then than I did when I finally did it. I don't think that makes me a bad person.

What brought me to weigh in was I looked in the mirror naked and a photo from a year ago (was clothed). I could physically see there was a difference. It wasn't huge but I actually smiled at the way I looked. I looked okay. I've been averting my eyes before but now I can check myself our in a mirror. I'll take that for a NSV
