Hi buddies,
I can't believe I didn't think of this before, but I found a water app for my phone that sends me notifications when it's time to drink water. The one I picked is Aqualert. I tried 5 other ones and didn't like them. So I paid the 99 cents to get rid of the ads - the person does a lot of work to develop the app so I don't mind paying.

I didn't eat my meal before 4 pm bc I ate too much after my blood sugar dropped like a rock. That was OK b/c I wasn't hungry. I watch My 600 Pound life - I like the Dr. on there. He is no nonsense, no excuses, tell-it-like-it-is.

I just read that Obesity is the second most common cause of death from behavioral risks. Only smoking kills more people. Wow.

I have a water app too that I downloaded just a couple days ago and it's been great! It's called water app pro :)
