well, coming off steroids, was sick w resp infx, plus a weekend of eating debauchery! So, back on the wagon today. Want to see those pounds roll off. I've had my fun, now back to healthy eating! I can do this. seriously calorie count to 1900!!
ok sorta back on track. Ate the leftovers, lol and cleaned out the rest. Went over my 1900 today,(2032), but not too bad. :)
317.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 167.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
