I knew I was going to blow up for the super bowl but I didn't expect to gain 4 pounds. Usually I can lose it back in 2 days and right now I'm not hungry yet so hopefully I can lose it back in 3.
214.4 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
