I've been saying the entire week that I was going thru DOMS. I went from 209.8 to 210.8 to 211.6 all while eating 1200 or so calories. I took last night off from cardio and drank 3 beers all over 10%. This morning I weighed 208.8. Now I just need to not overdo the cardio after this weekend.
208.8 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
