I tried to add a few more vegies this week and to journal my intake and exercise, such as it it. I also added a half grapefruit on 4 occasions, because I love grapefruit. I tried to keep up with the water drinking, but yesterday did poorly in that regard.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
