Well, I'm going to go back to weighing and measuring and entering my food as of June 1. Being unemployed and off the computer won't help. But the weight is clearly going the wrong direction.
166.6 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
