got my period yesterday and am feeling very bloated, up 1 lb on the scale, measurements are pretty much the same as last week

workout today

30 min on elliptical
4 rep of 20 on torso rotation 70lbs
4 rep of 20 on hip abduction 100lbs
4 rep of 20 on hip adduction 100lbs
4 rep of 20 on glute kick machine 40lbs
4 rep of 20 on ab push 50 lbs
4 rep of 20 on MTS ab crunch 25 lbs
4 rep of 20 on back extension 100lbs
4 rep of 20 on triceps press 35lbs
treadmill 10 min high 4.9

didn't do today....
3 rep of 10 on vertical leg lift
171.1 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 21.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
