Went camping this weekend and did SO good...then rounded out the weekend with a super healthy custard cone shared between me and hubby then a fried clam strip dinner... SUCKS!
I am sure the gain is more water than anything...will weigh again Friday to get a grand total! Keep pluggin away
179.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
