Sunday morn. did hiit aerobics only. hit 160 Max hr and brought in down. stayed around 7 Mets avg. burned 500 kcal.


197.6 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
