Yesterday started the 20-week clock to my Florida vacation. I truly could lose 20 pounds by then. I’m sort of mixing HMR with a low-cal/lower carb diet, eating every 2 hours starting at 11am and ending at 7pm, drinking 4+ bottles of water per day, and starting with 15 minutes of exercise 5 days per week.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
