My body is insane
The roller coaster is real
I have had the flu and the extremes in water weight are unbelievable but true.
The cross I carry is something that no one else could ever understand
371.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
