Struggling with keeping on task. I am short staffed and covering 1,2,3 shifts so my sleep/wake time is allll over the map. Some days I’m eating enough. Some days not, somedays I’m starving lol I’ve been dehydrated, so working on that. Hopefully things will even out soon. Blah
138.2 lb Lost so far: 90.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
