On Dec 27, 2018, when I joined FS my RDI was 2500 (to loose 1/2 lb/wk at 5'9" & 335lb . Today my RDI is 2100 (to loose 1 lb/wk 5'7" & 322.4lb. Illness accounts for most of my weigh loss since Dec 27,17, but now I have to really work harder, and speed up my very slow metabolism, to keep loosing, and grow taller.
323.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 179.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
