3 rep of 15 on hip adduction 100lbs
3 rep of 15 on MTS ab crunch 25 lbs
3 rep of 10 on vertical leg lift
3 rep of 15 on ab push
175.6 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
