1265 kcal Fat: 26.35g | Prot: 42.81g | Carb: 138.48g.   Breakfast: blue diamond vanilla almond milk, unsweetened applesauce, kellogg's frosted mini wheats, coffee. Lunch: blue diamond chocolate almond milk, oikos greek yogurt vanilla, walmart mixed fruit bowl, Fiber Therapy. Dinner: Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), Vegetable Soup (Low Sodium, with Water), ham, coffee, sweet leaf green tea. Snacks/Other: merlot wine, almonds. more...
