started this week at 177.8

ankle is still an issue but I went down so now I'm going to keep doing what Im doing and not only get back down bit actually got my goal weight... not giving up!
175.6 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
