A new year a new weight. Measurements to come later today. Pictures too but I won’t be posting them. Way too scary LOL
191.4 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

44, 36.5, 42 are the important ones 😊. I will do my best to get smaller numbers for an April 1 re measure. And I am sure I will measure more often than quarterly but I will repost then for sure
