Happy New Year Everyone! With three workouts yesterday, I’m starting 2018,lighter than I have been since 2014. I have to always remember, it is harder to lose it than to gain it. My lifestyle must remain, eat healthy, tons of water, lots of exercise. Thank you all for your support and May we all have a great 2018!!
240.5 lb Lost so far: 36.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
