Started a keto diet 5 days ago. Till now I just have difficulties to determine how many calories have food that I make by myself. Some recipes that you can find here are difficult to track because here,where I live, you don't have all ingredients or they are too expensive, so I think that everybody improvise, but I hope that I'll achieve the goals from this diet although I'm calculating macros on this way.
149.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
