I'm sad to see that I didn't lose any weight this week.
But I'm not frustrated in the least bit. I was sick this week plus TOM always adds at least 5 lbs to my weight!
I'm excited about next week! Hope everyone's doing well!!!
At least I haven't gained from my soup and crackers night!!! I don't feel discouraged now!!!
