WOOHOO!!!

I know this is a significant amount of weight to be lost in one week. I attribute it from just starting out and I would expect it to level off ot maybe 5 lbs a week for the first couple months.
411.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 231.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
