Not going to make this year to sub 300 but I will not forget all the support this year from FS buddies. Going to need your help next year.

306.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb. Still to go: 66.2 lb. Diet followed 100%.

gaining 2.1 lb a week

Just keep doing what you know works! It will happen. Don’t give in to temptation or disappointment because of the unpredictably fickle scale. ❤️

We'll be here! Temp set back probably water retention, at my age that's all I retain!
