1/24/07 Day 23 1 bowl cereal w/ skim milk breakfast 1 tbs ELOO mid meal 1 chef salad lunch Dinner with friends at Italian reseraunt Minestrone soup, lasagna, cannoli I knew I'd put a little weight back on so I prepared myself. Only 1.5 lb fluctuation. That should be gone by this weekend. Hoping to be below 250 by Feb 1. That's almost 15 lb a month, not too shabby!
