terrible start to my eating today. office birthdays always do that to me. Weight was down this morning, but already ate 2 treats. Will adjust the rest of the day to make up for it.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
