Much better on the diet front today and I think the weight was only up because of that time. I'm sure it'll get back down soon.

Just a dog walk and house cleaning today.

117.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb. Still to go: 7.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 8.4 lb a week
