209.4 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2lbs a week on avg is a healthy weight loss. Good job so far... Continue to track your calorie intake and monitor what you could subtract. Start by looking at and subtracting your fat then carbs.
