redwinelover's Journal, 07 April 2010

Well, hell. I'll just never get to see that second number as a 5, will I? I'm not even losing a pound a week on average at this point. Depressing. And no weight loss in three weeks or so? Crazy. BF has gone down, though, which does make me happy. Checked again today to make sure it wasn't a fluke - 36.7%. High, but 6 - 7% lower than the end of Dec.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I would have to say that it's been said, to lose weight and keep it off for life is to lose about 2 lbs a month. I would also say you have "plateau'd" and need to work out a little harder and especially muscle building/toning in order to break it (muscle keeps metabolism going strong). You can do it...don't self talk you're self into disaster...just take a deep breath and realize "you're worth it!"
