ug! trying to force myself to stay on track. gosh! why is it so hard now?? I did so good last year and dropped 30lbs. Now I just need 5-10 more and I just can't seem to do it. I will not give up!
170.4 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Something I learned recently is to avoid doing it for negative reasons. If you think,I need to lose weight because I hate being overweight or I can't eat that stuff because I gain weight, it is harder to commit. You have to think: I want to eat this food because it feels good or I love the way I feel when I live a healthy lifestyle.
