Stayed OP all week. Even went out to dinner Sunday night and stayed relatively on plan. Lost 4.8 lbs this week !!!!! Need to string several weeks in a row. That is usually where I fall apart, after the first week.
168.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 May 2012:
1304 kcal Fat: 33.12g | Prot: 79.82g | Carb: 173.77g.   Breakfast: nectarine, 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal. Lunch: yellow peppers, Fat Free Cottage Cheese, saltines, kiwi. Dinner: Szechuan Spicy Stir Fry Sauce, olive oil, stir fry vegetables, jasmine rice (1 cup cooked), chicken breast, egg. Snacks/Other: cheez it BIG, navel orange. more...
