Didn't get to do much yesterday as I had work (still active on my feet for 6 hours) and then went to sleep early after dinner difficult not relying on caffeine anymore. Going for a walk and exercise this morning before work so if I crash again tonight I would of already done some fitness.
186.1 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
