I haven't been walking as much these past three days, but I have been trying to watch what I eat. Even the supreme pizza was taken into account! (And that is good for me!)

And... I have lost 10 pounds and gone from a size 22 pants to a size 20 pants. Yes, I know a lot is water weight or whatever, but that still counts in my book!


220.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
