We had a low key birthday weekend. Saturday we cleaned up at church then drove about 45 minutes to an apple orchard and picked some apples. The ride to the mountains was beautiful with the trees showing their fall colors. The kids came over for dinner yesterday. We ate very simply and didn't have ice cream or cake...
156.2 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
