Hi friends. Ive been gone while. Ive been going thru a patch of depression. It comes and goes but I refused to take meds bc it makes it even worse for me so I just let it ride. Gained some weight but Im ok with it. It just a few lbs and not the usual 40 I gain when I get depressed so Ill take it. You can see me history shows a pattern. When Im off FS , its usually bc I have an episode then I gain, get better, and come back. So here I go again.. Hit the gym today and will log my meals.. Gonna focus on the water and the logging and the cardio. One day at a time. Im glad to be back and missed everyone.. CHEERS
