4/4/10 Tough week. Still sick. Despite almost perfect week only lost 0.4 lbs. That's the difference between working out and not.
150.4 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Being sick can really mess up our results. We tend to retain water and every bit of food that we eat. And yes, stopping an exercise program can also do the same. You still lost so that is a plus. Get better soon and start back up - you'll begin to see results.

Thanks K and Rebecca. I wasn't aware of the effects of illness on weight and water retention. It certainly proved to be the case with me.
