Last night was the worst. I worked an 11 hour day at the office with no break and came home craving take-out or pasta. BF and roommate were all about the tough love in trying to keep me on track. It worked. I was so cranky! And I apologized after I had my dinner juice. Juicing for breakfast and lunch today so that I can eat out with my BF tonight. Not sure if we are going for pizza or mexican yet, but I don't even think I am capable of over indulging at this point. I just want a little bit of something warm and melty!
My goal is to start exercising over the weekend now that I am down 4-5 more lbs from the cleanse. Just hoping that I don't procrastinate and wait until Monday. I refuse to let the hard work this week go down the drain! Obviously there will be some gain back, but I will not let it be more than 2 lbs worth.
Also, thank GOD it is Friday!!!!! :)
