REALY REALLLY SHOCKED.....13lbs in 4 days,had 4 dyas of eating and drinking i totally admit that but 13lbs in FOUR days
223.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
